Lolla is very polite and knows what she's doing. She's very knowledgeable in her field. I saw a huge difference after the first session.

I don’t recommend Sparkle Laser for most services. I went to Lolla based on a friend's recommendation, but I always read both positive and negative reviews before making decisions. I didn’t appreciate how Lolla responded to negative feedback—everyone’s opinion deserves respect.
