I got a VIP in out service today and I paid 118+ tax dollars and I also give a $24 as a tip on machine, and when I told to the employee, that did my car about the tip they said it goes on owner account, so don’t give that tip at the machine. I really disappointed from that because they did a hard work on my car, so I requested to everyone, give the tip at the front as a cash. It’s very shameful for the owner
Devish is the best took care of me
There were still dead bug debris on my car after my car wash and when I asked to go a second time through for a better clean he said “it’s $5 extra to remove bugs” I thought he was joking and will let me go- but he was dead serious. Not a good business move to make a silly comment to a membership subscribed customer for $5 extra. I will cancel my monthly subscription and go back to the Petro Canada membership where they let me go in twice if my car isn’t thoroughly cleaned.
I took my car for engine wash. They made sure that the dashboard showed no warning light on before the wash. I really liked this verification. After the wash, the engine looked great.
