THEY JUST NEVER SHOWED UP!!! I had hurt my back and could barely move around the house. With 6 family members coming to stay I needed help so I scheduled with Sparkle's; Loretta was very sympathetic and helpful on the phone. She called back to say they would arrive at 12:15 - they were fitting me in. I felt so grateful! At 1pm LORETTA called to say they would be over shortly. THAT IS THE LAST I HEARD FROM THEM. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. Thank you Sparkle people for only appearing to be helpful...business fail!!!
Loretta and team are great. She's opened for me and I've walked in to find the cottage in better shape after a long winter than it was when I closed in the fall. Having here every other week in the summer gives me time to relax and enjoy the season to the most while ensuring that my guests are met with sparkling accommodations and a complete lack of usual cottage chores!
