I encountered jay at the sparkle Express and he helped me not only fix my account, he also got me upgraded and got me completely situated. That's the customer service I love. Give that man a raise because he really deserves it. I will be using his grovetown location from now on.
Jay sold us our membership, several months ago, and we had an amazing experience. He has wonderful customer service. He deserves a raise for sure. I unfortunately had to cancel my service because of medical, and had an opportunity to deal with him again and I am still blown away by his service. Thank you Jay.
