I came through for a solo wash and Jay took care of me and let me know of the membership and boom...Jay was great, I appreciate him taking care of me.

I was flagged in with no water on all brushes working only water came on was at the end on my windshield after I showed them how it scratched my truck on both side I was told our washer didn't do that they cost 6 million dollars the brushes don't scratch because they are pre soaked which he didn't understand that it's not wet anymore bc there was no water on. Brushing against a dirty surface Any material will scratch clear coat, but they was not understanding that I will never use this car wash again
