I have attempted to cancel via e-mail twice, in-person in EP twice and via phone 7 days in a row. I do receive a confirmation that my subscription is cancelled but I have been charged twice. I am only able to speak with an automated system and am not receiving a call back. Several others have commented with the same situation on the Community of EP F*******. So now I have to cancel my debit card which is not convenient at all.

I did a $25 a month subscription with this company. I attempted to cancel the subscription twice at their facility and once over the phone with their corporate office. Each time I was told it was cancelled. However, they kept charging my credit card and never cancelled the subscription. I was forced to cancel my credit card and get a new card number issued to me. These people need sued. Don’t give them your business !!!

So I paid $15 dollars for whats going to end up costing $500 to fix On the second wash of a new subscription the huge nick to my 2 month old tacoma was found after the wash and being garaged all weekend. After close to 5 days of desperately calling and stopping by the wash I finally got a reply from the district manager who took all of an hour to say that he couldn't determine if the scratch was there when I went in or not and due to how his "wrap" works there would be a longer scratch all the way down the side TLDR they are... read more

They will not cancel my subscription even though I have contacted them 3 times. The East Peoria location is not listed online so you can not use it.

This is the worst car wash I have ever been too. The guys that work here are absolutely rude. Do yourself a favor and go to B****

I purchased a $25 car wash and while my car was going through showed I was getting a $15 wash. My car was still dirty. I went in and talked to the “manager on duty” and said “well you can go back through”. I said I wasn’t waiting in the long line. He said “well we don’t give refunds” then dialed a number on his phone and handed me the phone on speaker. The person on the other line answered “yeah”. Absolutely the worst experience i've ever had getting my car washed in my entire life. The two boys that were working were incredibly rude and negligent. One of them even yelled at me.
