My husband purchased the unlimited plan when it first became available and we loved it, but over tbe last few months we've had 2 pieces of trim torn off only to be told 'it happens and can be popped back on'. The car came out scraped and still dirty today after our lunch trip through so I took a few pics so yall can be your own judge. Im beyond annoyed because now not only do they not 'pop back on' but the second piece of trim is bent and flapping off our car. This place is like a dishwasher. When it was new, it was awesome. A few years in, you have to clean everything before you run it. Update: Everytime you go you have to wait for the attendees to press buttons and enter everything because the kiosks don't work.
