They sold me a subscription at $15 and charged me $25/month. Have called three times to cancel, they say they will call back and don't. Am at my wit's end.
Worst car wash - punctured and ripped both my drivers side tire pressure caps, destroying the sensors, costing me 2 brand new tires!!! No help and no no answer from he phone. I have a camera in my car and recording the entire thing and the car getting fixed from Tires Plus.
I signed up for membership. Before it came due I canceled in person at the car wash location. However they billed my credit card anyway. I have called several times and no response after taking all my information. I’ve have not filed a dispute with my bank regarding this.
I’m a club member for some years now, and usually visit the car wash in ***** *******, About 2 years ago, while going through wash, I felt the tire roll over the roller, causing cars to push each other, causing paint damage. Since then, I’ve felt the roller situation SEVERAL TIMES, and mentioned it to employees. Yesterday 10/23/2024, same incident involving my car and another car occurred.
