I’ve used Sparkle for many years. They do a great job and always make the extra effort when I need a rush order. I took my daughters intricate wedding dress there to get cleaned and they also did a wonderful job. So happy they are still here!
This is the only dry cleaner we trust with our suits and dresses. They're great.
Very unhappy with Sparkle Cleaners. They dry cleaned my dress and did not get the stain out which I didn't realize until I got home. When I went back in and asked for my $11.50 back (which is insanely expensive), he said he did his job and that I should pay for his effort. He said that wouldn't I pay for a bad meal at a restaurant? I said I would not. I told him if he would not refund my money I would no longer be a customer. He said that was fine with him. That is the absolute last time I will ever go there.
