I was extremely happy with my experience at Sparkle Car Wash in Morris Plains. Great value and very efficient and courteous service!
I took my car here for a wash and interior cleaning, and my vehicle was clearly damaged during the service. The scratches on the interior appear to be caused by old or dirty cloths being used. This damage was not present before the wash. What made the situation worse was the response from the owner and his son. Instead of even inspecting the car, my concerns were immediately dismissed. Scratched interior trim piece on a new vehicle .. when confronted father and son immediately denied liability immediately without even looking at the damage..
I paid $50 for the highest-tier service at Sparkle Car Wash and was extremely disappointed. My trunk was still visibly dirty, and the interior had dried salt residue from the recent snowstorm that was never cleaned. The back seat wasn’t properly vacuumed and still had a visible footprint on it. For a top-tier service, this level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with this car wash. I paid $50 for the service. When they told me the car was ready, I pointed out bird droppings that were still on the car. Their response was that they are not responsible for that and that I should do detailing. On top of that, they used the same towel for windows, seats, and interior plastics.
