Poorly run. Had to wait twenty minutes stuck between cars while someone was assisted with a membership. Meantime all the cars next to me in line were washed and out by the time I got through to drive out without a wash. They should not be directing traffic into a lane that isn’t moving. Wasted time and will never return. No sense of efficiency.
