Extremely disappointed! With life being so busy sometimes you just don't have the time to do the smallest of things, looks like I'll be making more time to wash my car myself! Total waste of money going here. Must admit have used them several times before, but seems new owners have no pride and cant be contacted. Won't be back!

I told the guy not to do my boot as it was full of clothing, shoes and bags. I opened the boot and everything in there was drenched. My bags and shoes are ruined and then when I questioned them about it he said it was an accident and then yelled at me and told me to complain to head office and walked off. Another guy came up and said oh just put them in the sun and they will dry. I asked him why is there so much water INSIDE the car and he said it happens.
