Yesterday I paid for the highest wash available, and there was no hot wax or tire black, and I’m sure nothing else there was supposed to be. After the wash, my boyfriend asked the young man working what happened, and he said, “yes, we know it isn’t working and we are looking into it”. So if this is the case, then why are you allowing people to still select the highest wash on the screen, and pay more for a service that doesn’t exist at the moment???
