Maps says open, until 8pm. I show up and the place is entirely closed, I figured okay I don’t need a wash but I need a vacuum. Low and behold no vacuum is on either. Update your hours if you’re going to be closed. Unnecessary trip considering I checked to see if yall were open before even leaving my house
Be careful of the tunnel wash. It can be a little rough on your car. It bent my license plate and took part of my mirror off, but fortunately they were able to retrieve it, and I could put it back on. I tried the touchless wash to avoid that happening again, but was told that it would be an extra $10 per month. I had to pay an extra four dollars for the wash if I didn’t want to continue the Subscription. Then the air dry did not work, So I had to dry it, myself with borrowed clothes. All they said was sorry about that!
The wash quality itself is pretty good. However if you pay for a premium touchless membership, be prepared to get less than what you paid for. When it is busy, they routinely downgrade people to the fastest wash possible, instead of the premium wash you are subscribed to. It has happened to me several times. I don’t think it is acceptable to give someone less than what they paid for
Do NOT come here - they don’t allow you to wash floor matts with a hose and they don’t have machine to do it either….so you’ll pay but leave with a car with dirty matts. They use to allow this , unfortunately because of some stupid policy they no longer allow it. Highly recommend you go to car wash on Oak Street in Glastonbury instead.
