I only go to this car wash and their location in Newington to get my car cleaned. My car is low to the ground and both the touchless and the drive thru washes work FLAWLESSLY. On top of that, one time when there was an issue with the payment processing system, the employee on staff helped me out so I didn't have to wait and told me that the manager would call the next day to clear up the issue. The manager Henry called right away and took care of the problem 100%. This is the only car wash I recommend in the area.
Be cautious when using the touchless car wash. During my wash, the system unexpectedly stopped mid cycle, and the plastic spray arms closed in on my vehicle, making contact with it and dragging across the paint. Thankfully, because the arms are made of soft plastic, there was no major damage, but my brand new Mercedes was left with scratches that I was fortunately able to buff out for the most part. Excellent place to wash and vacuum your car
I do like this car wash center because of the convenience however I had to cancel my membership today. The past three times I’ve been there have been issues with the tunnel, today the tunnel turned off while I was in the middle of the wash. There was also a rude employee who was clearly annoyed and did not want to be there. He just kept pointing at the sign and rolled his eyes at me when he wasn’t giving clear instructions.
