The wait was ridiculous. I was 4th in line and was there well over an hour. Windows were heavily spotted. Nothing like it was with Joel running it. New owners and staff have no pride in the work they do!
Had a coupon that was paid for end of Aug and I lost it and found it couple days ago and Sparkle didn’t wanna validate it. Like it’s already paid for, what’s the big deal your not losing anything, I didn’t ask for a refund.
RecommendedAlways take my car and truck for washing and waxing/detailing. Good service and no complaints.
