Employees that pocket the money when someone pays it forward and pays for the person behind them... are pure TRASH! I don’t support that kind of business!
The employees as well as management need learn how to deal with the public. My husband decided to surprise me with a clean car. He has Stage 4 Pancreatic cancer...came through with $5 in quarters. The employee and manager were very disrespectful during the exchange. We are living off of one income...and he did the best he could to surprise me. This is unacceptable.
if you pay $12 for a car wash the tires should shine. 3rd time paid for this and no shine on my SUV
Car was not clean. Bought the $10 ultimate. Rear of car was not even touched! Supposed to have spot cleaning. Nope. Whole vehicle dried spotty and had to be wiped down at home. Will never return.
Good car wash, but some employees need an attitude adjustment.
