What a crock. I am not surprised to hear that this place is now out of business. What I AM surprised to hear is that they took a bunch of money from their customers and are now, apparently, running with it. What kind of people do this??? I give one star because you must give one star at least to post. In reality, this 'business' receives zero stars. Awful experience with this store. My bridesmaids ordered their dresses in November 2013 and we were told it would take 10-12 weeks for arrival, after paying the deposit. It is now nearly May 2014 and the dresses were due in March. Bad service
I had heard mixed reviews about this place and, after my own negative experience with them for a past girlfriends wedding, I was hesitant to go to them for my first bridal appointment of my own. But I put my reservations aside and booked an appointment anyways. This ended up being a big mistake. I am involved in a wedding which, at time of writing, is two weeks away. Two of the bridesmaids dresses were ordered from this shop. Well, I say ordered. My bride asked them to order the dresses and they gladly took a 40% deposit, but didn't order them until three weeks after they were asked. They said they would put a rush on the order. They didn't.
