I was able to get a seat with a stylist just a few minutes after dropping in for a walk in appointment. The store was very clean and comfortable. My stylist, Sophie, was so amazing. She remembered the design I wanted after a quick glance at the inspiration photo, and was attentive every step of the way. These are without a doubt my favorite nails I’ve ever had, she paid such close attention to detail and did an incredible job.
Jennie does an amazing job, my nails always look great and she offers thoughts on what would look best when I'm unsure what I want to get.

First time customer. I went with my friend who’s been coming here for years and highly recommended the salon due to the great customer service. Unfortunately, I experienced the exact opposite. I was seen by Jeanie and the whole visit was rushed since she kept getting up to help people coming in. I left with several bleeding cuticles, uneven poorly shaped nails, a tip that’s sharply angled upwards, very poor polish application… and an up charge. Incredibly disappointing. Love coming to sparkle and pop for my monthly maintenance! Everyone is so nice & accommodating. Establishment is always tidy and clean. Their nail techs always do amazing designs ;)
