We had our A/C unit checked by another company and was advised to replace the unit that would cost us around $14k. I was going to buy it but Fred from Sparkle Air was referred to me. We exchanged text messages and calls and later he sent technician Juan to inspect my AC unit. Juan found 2 bad capacitors and replaced the bad parts and AC appears to be working very well.
