Find another company!! If you're reading this find another company. I had a water leak with mold growth and the problem could have been remediated in a matter of six weeks, max. Sparkkles took nearly SIX MONTHS to do the job and I finally ended up running them out of my house so I could do the trim painting myself because their painters were terrible (overloaded rollers, leaving runs on the walls; cheap rollers that left copious amounts of lint on the walls; paint on outlet covers).

Water Damage Restoration We had a pipe burst when we were on vacation. Our house flooded, including carpeting, flooring, bathroom cabinets, etc. They were great! All of the employees were polite. The first thing that they did, was to dry out the house, above and under the house. That process is a bit unpleasant, because of the noise from the fans. They replaced carpeting, cabinets, got rid of the mildew. They returned calls on a prompt basis, and worked very well with our insurance company. I thought that they were great!
Avoid using Sparkkles Restoration I had significant floor and wall damage due to a water leak. My insurance company selected Sparkkles as the restoration service. At first I felt I was in good hands but the workers involved and the lack of genuine concern to restore my home was nonexistant. The work was shotty and had to be redone several times (3- 4 times). Mr. I used to work for Sparkkles and was replaced by illegal aliens just before Christmas 2009 and I have three kids. The illegals make half of what I was making. That's the reason they gave me. They only needed me for 7 weeks to work on an Air Force base in Goldboro because the illegals were not allowed on base. I was lied to and used by Sparkkles Restoration. Sparkkles Restoration is great at what they do. had a water heater on the top floor basically pour out it's contents through my home-- what i thought were ruined hardwoods, sparkkles salvaged very nicely. they were extremely thorough in making sure everything (drywall, flooring, etc) was dried out completely and they paid the most attention to detail than any other company i've used for similar situations before. i would give them an outstanding recomendation because thankfully my heart pine floors dont show that they were e... read more
Julie the Content Mgr is great! Others ????? Julie at Sparkles Restoration was great! HOWEVER, I found that the managers/owners were not as great - especially when I become hesistant as to whether or not I wanted them to actually do the restoration on my home. After reading the reviews, I am glad that I did not get them to do the work!
