I was visiting Little Rock in an AirBNB in SOMA area of town. I need my workout. If you want access to KBs, DBs, Bars, Plates, ERG, Assault Bike - all the stuff to have a real workout - Spark Fit has it and they are super nice - great space as well!
Justin is a very knowledgeable physical therapist, and I look forward to working with him. He took time with me and really listened. Gym is smaller but still has everything you could need in it.
I always leave Sparkfit feeling encouraged and strong! It is a positive culture with excellent and experienced trainers. 💪 💥
Genuinely one of the best gyms I've ever gone to. Excellent staff and a very inviting environment.
