Worst experience with a mechanic shop. Was told a time frame my equipment would be fixed didn’t happen. I called 2 times about any updates or new time frame guy was very rude told me there is no updates if there is any I will call you so stop calling. Told me I was holding him up by calling I was just trying to get updates. By the time it was repaired apparently it had a new problem was charged an extra 300 on top of my original bill. Definitely would not recommend
This place is great! Contacted them on the phone prior to bringing in a generator. Took the time to go over options over the phone, then again in person. Strongly recommend, and I will be back when service is needed again!!!
This was without a doubt the worst experience I ever had with any small business in my life. Their follow ups to emails and phone calls looking for a status on the repair was almost nonexistent. When they did finally respond, they kept pushing out my repair week after week after week and this was not a major repair. When I was finally able to pick up my mower, things that were working when I brought the mower to them were not working when they were done with it. I've been using them for years, they're pretty good guys. No real complaints, maybe a more detailed invoice.
