Predatory billing, recurring appointments without consent and they make it difficult to contact leading to fees and collections. Received constant text messages about appointments from just visiting once 6 months ago. Unethical.
Apparently the providers don’t give counseling to juveniles which means you have to do the medication with them and seek counseling elsewhere. I was also told it’s their policy that you ask the secretary or whoever answers phone your question and they get back to you. The provider will not call you back. I asked to have the provider call me back and was told what the policy is. I still requested the provider call back and they did not call back.
