I cannot warn people enough to steer clear of this practice. I paid $300 out-of-pocket for continuation of care regarding medication. I have been taking for decades. The nurse practitioner told me at the end that I would need to set up care with a primary care physician and get a panel of 12 blood test tests, done, including a 14 panel drug screening and an EKG before she would prescribe me my medication.
