This hotel is super clean!! The front desk agent was so nice and the place is immaculate. The parking lot is safe, clean and secure.

I'm a Hilton Honors member. This is a typical hotel purchase & flip. The good: the staff were very friendly and tried to make the stay comfortable. The ok: cereal, bagels & muffin breakfast, but a nice selection. The bad: The building is older, the reno was done quickly and it shows. The doors don't close and they squeak, the floors were laid over old work and not leveled or repaired, Ikea-level furniture, typical under-window AC not properly leveled. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in the past 30 years. Upon checking in at about 10:30 PM I went to the rest room and noticed the toilet was filthy with what appeared to be fecal matter in room 218 from the previous guess and picture attached. The front desk offered me room 318 and I asked to see it before moving and there was hair and dirt in the shower from the previous guess (pictured attached). The front desk offered me room 102. Recently stayed two night and have to say WOW! I'm very excited that Hilton (even as a Diamond member) continues to create brands of hotels that are affordable for all types of families. The upgrades are great and the rooms are spacious so you could have a small family stay together at this price is good. Also, the fact that they have a continental breakfast is also great for this hotel. Highly recommend if you are on a budget and easy access to Hobby airport & I45.
