I worked with Medi4 on a self-employed basis before it merged with Spark Medical. Under my agreement, invoices were submitted on the last day of the month with payment due within five days (by the 4th–5th of the following month). On September 5th, I was informed there were banking issues and that payment would be delayed until the 8th. Despite this, I was not paid the £960 owed to me. This company might have NHS contracts, but they don’t look after their staff. They are non-payers — wages are delayed or not paid at all, which is unacceptable. Staff work hard to provide care, and instead of being respected, they are left chasing their money. If you’re thinking about working here, think twice. A company that doesn’t pay its employees on time is not one you can trust.

Mike and Josh recently assisted my mum to be transferred from home to a Nursing home in Southport. It was no easy task due to my mother being a complex patient but they worked together great as a team and had a positive can do attitude. I am forever grateful for their help that day in helping my mum get the care she needs.

So I paid privately to attend a FREC3 course at Spark Medical. I cannot praise or recommend them enough. Was very easy to book my place on the course via their website and pay for it. It was a 5 day course and was trully amazing, the training facilities where top class in every way, the course trainer Stuart Henderson was world class in every in his role from welcoming and full admistraion and teaching of the course.
