We have had a very pleasant experience with Mr.Lee Arp and his team with Spark Homes. He was very knowledgeable at letting us know what we needed to get approved as first time home buyers. Using our VA loan. Guild Mortgage was also helpful at letting us know what paperwork we needed to get through the loan approval process. Our home is very nice and spacious. I have kept my mouth shut over my house, but I am done!!! Leaking shower for 3 years, sends me unlicensed guys who have no idea what they are doing. I found a great licensed contractor who finally fixed it correctly. Crooked island, dishwasher fits in crooked, the legs of the island are crooked. The thinnest cardboard looking baseboards in my kitchen. My master closet shelves fell off the walls, damaging my walls. One screw was actually in a stud, none of the others were.
