I’ve been going to Spark for 6 months and love it. Ted and all the trainers are so helpful and encouraging. Unlike group fitness, the workouts are customized for me. Every week I do something I didn’t know I could do, or wouldn’t have tried on my own. Highly recommend for anyone looking for personalized training to meet fitness and strength goals.
Ted and his entire staff are wonderful. I joined there almost a year ago and cannot say enough good things about them. I came from another workout place, I will not name them, as that is not my style, but it is a world of difference. I had hip replacement a few years ago and after PT I wanted to continue to weight train. Since joining Spark, I have gotten much stronger, I'm 64 years old and honestly haven't felt this good since I was in my 30s. I cannot recommend them enough!
I’ve been going to Spark Fitness Hinsdale for the past 2 years. Ted and the whole team are awesome, they keep things fun, motivate you, and push you just the right amount to help you get better. It’s such a great group and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place that keeps you motivated and makes working out something you actually enjoy.
