The trainers are very helpful and always are there if I need any help understanding or performing an exercise. I feel stronger and better every time I have finished working out here.
The staff are all super helpful and friendly. I have only been going for a few weeks but I have enjoyed my workouts as well as the coaching and willingness to help me achieve my weight and fitness goals.
I have been working out at this gym for a little over a year now, and I have gained so much more than I could have ever expected! Not only do I look better because of consistent training at this gym, but I have unlimited access to wonderful trainers, challenging workouts, and the absolute best gym family!
I’ve been coming to Spark for about a month now, and I have to say it’s one of the better gyms I’ve been to! The atmosphere is focused and driven, which keeps me in the zone during my workouts. The staff is friendly and always around if you need help or a quick spot. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who’s been lifting for years, this place has what you need to hit your goals. Highly recommend if you’re serious about strength training
