Used to be great friendly service, good pricing, and good choices. Seems they keep changing managers and saying the issues are due to "new management." I'm 54. I drive 20 minutes to Spark. Apparently management has cloosed the bathrooms to customers. I'm taking my extended plant count and $500 plus dollars a month somewhere I am appreciated.
Sparks not honor loyalty points to Medical members. I've been a loyal customer at Sparks for several years during those years I accumulated over $3,000 in loyalty points I was told by Cody the staff member that I can use them on the recreational side. When retrieving my points I was told by the manager charity that I cannot use the loyalty points and wasn't supposed to have accumulated them in at all.
