Sparks not honor loyalty points to Medical members. I've been a loyal customer at Sparks for several years during those years I accumulated over $3,000 in loyalty points I was told by Cody the staff member that I can use them on the recreational side. When retrieving my points I was told by the manager charity that I cannot use the loyalty points and wasn't supposed to have accumulated them in at all. She told me that Sparks was like Walmart you get what you spend. I don't shop at Walmart! I shop at King Soopers because they reward their loyal customers. I love Joe, but no longer a member at Sparks dispensary.
