The location is beautiful! I am so excited to be in Boulder. S'Park has been a wonderful experience. Sure there’s hiccups with new construction, but having a brand new home is completely worth it!! Thank you to the team and Manager, they have been a delight to work with! 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing location, blocks from dozens of amazing restaurants, cafes, and shops. Beautiful units with well thought out floor plans and a private park. We love living at S*Park!
1) I love that I can walk or bike just about anywhere for any need + want. 2) The thought and intention that went into the design is next level. 3) I actually know and am friends with my neighbors. 4) The CSA with Altius Farms has made Tuesday my favorite night of the week coming home to fresh grown produce from more or less our own backyard. 5) Community and Sustainability are a real thing here.
