If you are going to get a NON-Sparks Cycleworks bike DO NOT!!!!! Maybe they do OK for their own bikes but they are 'garbage' as a dealer for Aventon and Rad E-Bikes. If you want support-> go to another (stocking) Dealer. If not-just buy DIRECT from the web. I bought an Aventon e-bike from them because I had to-because of CT E-Bike Rebate program Rules. The first MAJOR repair I did with NO help from them-even though they should have been doing Warranty work (Aventon-2 Year Warranty). The second time-same issue- they did... read more
