Spark cycle has been my first experience with cycling, and I’m hooked. The instructors were quick to make me feel welcomed and have been so helpful as I learn how to cycle. I look forward to cycling every week now!!
I've never big into cycling, but I'm so glad I gave it another shot because once I started going to Spark I was hooked! The music is a lot of fun, all of the coaches are extremely welcoming, helpful and make the classes a blast. I always look forward to going and integrating it into my weekly routine.
I am not fond of cardio and it's hard to keep me in it. That's always been a reason I didn't do group classes in the past. I tried Spark one time and it took me by surprise. The instructors made it a fun challenge for me. The environment from my fellow riders, the classes, and the instructors are all empowering and positive force. Even if I don't pull what feels like a 100% workout for me, I walk out feeling better because those around me are uplifting me.
