It’s honestly insane that Spark is shutting down when it was doing so well less than a year ago. But if you were paying attention, the writing was on the wall the second Annabel left back in February. She was that place her leadership, her energy, her actual care for people. The special Valentine’s Day dinner menu was superb! The ribeye was seared, seasoned to perfection and each side was made with love and from scratch. The ambiance was welcoming and the staff went above and beyond to facilitate a memorable experience.
The second best chicken fingers on the planet. Possibly the best chili on the planet.
