Manager is not helpful.
The car came out as dirty as when it went in. Some soapsuds still on the car, so final rinse was incomplete. Two stars for the free vacuum and clean towels, which I needed because I had to clean the dirt off the car by hand. The person next to me said she has to run her car through the wash 3 times to get it clean. I guess that’s how they get you to buy the unlimited package.
