I have been with Spark since day one! Through my time with Spark I have slowly watched the quality of service go down and price go up. I used to love going to Spark multiple times a week and enjoyed my time there. Lately it has been more of a dread to go. Not only has the price gone up since I started my membership but the auto wash doesn’t fully clean certain areas of my car. It doesn’t even dry my car off all the way. I stopped by there a few times and washed my car there it is busy if you go there during this sunny day but line goes quick good automation
Waited in line 40 minutes to one not even be told someones car washed was messed up and had to go In Again ,a gentlemen with a orange beanie just put his hand up and let the other car infront of me without saying anything ,for one thing things happen but don't still put your hand up as I'm just suppose to be ok with someone getting infront of me after waiting 40 minutes and just not caring say something !
