Basic hotel. Was clean. Checked in on mobile application. Digital key never arrived. Clerk was rude, demanded to see credit card and fill out a registration document. Have been Hilton honors member for 30 plus years and never had this poor of check in provided. Advised manager next morning, said they were new to Hilton and night be only ones doing paper registration. Said she would check on it. Skip spark and stay at Hilton Garden Inn across the street. Might be a few more dollars but you get what you pay for....

Nice hotel for the price. Convenient from interstate. Lots of businesses close by. Very safe. Didn't care for the hallway renovation. Very simple for a Hilton. Dark blue walls and no decor or hanging pictures. I would expect better from Hilton. But nonetheless, lobby was beautifully decorated and staff was great. Breakfast is minimal at best, but can purchase other microwaveable food for breakfast. Rooms were clean and nice, you just have to get thru that hallway. We planned a family vacation and picked this place as where we would stop for the night. They offered a room with a pull out bed which we needed a room with 3 beds and that was hard to find. So good worked great. We also knew that we would be tired from driving all day about 15 hours and having a prior reservation would be helpful after a long day! First time we’ve stayed at a Hilton Spark, but we’re Honored members and this hotel fit our travel plans just right. Convenient to the interstate, but quiet. Very reasonably priced and the amenities are more than adequate for an overnight. Friendly staff, special shoutout to Carol. Great value for the money.

Stayed here with my two children and husband on a road trip. The rooms were very clean and the front desk personnel were friendly and kind! It was especially helpful to be able to use a digital room key to get into our room instead of having to check in at the front desk, especially as we checked in very late.
