Clean but basic room. Good for a 1 night stop. This is my third time staying at this location, and has always been a good choice. Plenty of dining options close by.

Very quick checkin which I appreciate so much! Our room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. We didn't need a microwave or coffee maker in the room but if you do, this isn't the hotel for you. The breakfast offerings were limited but well stocked. They have electric car chargers available.

I want to start by recognizing Katina, the hostess, who was absolutely phenomenal. She was welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely did everything she could to make our experience better. Her customer service was easily the highlight of our stay, and she deserves recognition from management. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms and overall amenities did not meet reasonable expectations. After having a horrible customer service experience at the Country Inn and suites. It was refreshing to enter The Sparks by the Hilton and greeted with such warmth. I don’t remember her name but she wore a hijab she was so kind and I appreciates that after having a horrible experience at the other hotel. Then the next day I met Shya.
