💥STAY AWAY💥 It was anything other than a hilton honors experience. Poorly managed and maintained. Where to begin... I like to be fair in my reviews and give the benefit of the doubt due to no one's perfect but effort should be evident which demonstrates intent. ***I would like to mention that the staff was attentive and accommodating especially Mamerto who handled the breakfast area. Came for a convention and chose this hotel based on location. Moved from TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld and Spark was terrible in comparison. Basic questions felt like a hassle for the front desk, no customer service, hotel is dated, sheets not clean, bathroom smells gross, housekeeping walked in on me and didn’t even knock. For the same price definitely stay at TownePlace Suites - it’s night and day in comparison.
The one positive is the location close to the convention center and Seaworld. Other than that, it was a disaster. I travel extensively for work and have about given up on the Hilton chain. Here is a recap. I noticed when I walked in it was very hot in the lobby, elevator and hallways. I chalked it up to a humid day and small entryway. Was VERY pleasantly surprised! Excellent location, great service; i was allowed early check-inn. Beds were comfortable room was clean. & Complimentary breakfast (exactly what was needed, not over the top but just right) i would gladly stay again!
