It is as loud as it gets in the that hotel! Kids screaming in the pool at 10:30PM even though the pool should be closed at 10PM. This has been happening multiple nights in a row. Calling the front desk didn’t yield any results!
We recently stayed at Spark by Hilton at 11 Lemoyne Ave in Hilton Head Island, and unfortunately, it was a real disappointment—especially as loyal Hilton Honors Diamond members. While we understand that Spark is positioned as a more budget-friendly offering within the Hilton portfolio, the overall experience fell far short of what we’ve come to expect from the brand. If I could give it a lower rating, I would. I had to beg for an additional towel (4 instead of 3), had to beg for daily maid service (every 2 days was their standard...hey, covid was 5 years ago!!), rooms need serious updating, breakfast was the traditional bagels and cereal. Wifi was terrible, didn't work half the time...used our hotspot. 24 hr coffee was one good thing. All this for over $200/night. Never again.
The staff was great. Glad they allowed pets. Continental breakfast. Wished they had simple hot foods besides instant oatmeal packets. The rooms are humid but very clean. No information provided on transportation, food, or entertainment.
