stayed here, room was quite clean, service ok. Price is not commensurate with service
The rooms were comfortable (at the time of our booking, 1br suites were only $20 more - well worth it when you've got kids who have an early bedtime). The breakfast was light but with plenty of options. Every single staff person we interacted with was pleasant and helpful - but I want to take time to specifically call out Crystal who was at the front desk in the morning. There is a young lady who works at the front desk who is both incredibly cheerful and ridiculously Loud, screaming as customers pass by or check out. It’s freaking weird when the whole lobby echoes from screaming and laughing hysterically…..for no reason. Maybe it’s time to make both coffee pots decaf??????
Went there for an event. Had a great time.
Good amount of hospitality :) great staff Akhil was especially accommodating and took photos of us.
