Only downfall is no in-room microwaves or coffee makers. Very clean, few assorted bagels in breakfast bar. Has yogurt with toppings and cereals.
The rooms were fine, comfortable beds and spacious. I wish there were dressers to put your belongings in. The breakfast was a huge disappointment. The yougurt machine was a hard no for me. Why can’t you just provide individual yogurts? They only had bagels. There was oatmeal as an option too but it didn’t mix well with the hot water. I won’t stay again mainly because the food options are the worst I’ve had a hotel. Do some research and provide better opportunities for your customers.
I gave a 4 because ice was only available on the 1st floor. The rooms were so clean, bed comfy, refrigerator in room, iron and iron board, hair dryer also available. Didn't have a safe. Staff was very polite. Location was excellent! Quiet as well!!
Better than average, new hotel smell and feel
Would be ideal if it had a pool.
