No real website just a form to fill out. No where to see the bikes. Call the number, just a voicemail. Leave a message, nobody calls you back. Went to the address during open hours, no sign, locked door, can’t tell it even exists.
I really love my BLADE Sparkbikes, perfect hybride between a moto and bike..... The TORQUE is very POWERFULL, the DESIGN is AMAZING and all pieces r very good quality.....i am more satisfy that what i was expecting@@@
200k review We bought 2 Spark X Leisure’s at the end of June. They were delivered promptly and damage free. I assembled them in under an hour without any issues. My wife’s bike was missing a couple of bolts that hold up the rear mud guard but that was resolved with an email and the hardware arrived in a few days. We were unable to use them for about a month because we were entertaining family from overseas but now that things are back to normal we have been all over the place on them! Bike is fantastic- when the brakes don't fail. Seat it okay, but could be better. Suspension is great, light is bright, throttle is terrific, and the amount of push you get from the pedal assist up hills makes commuting a breeze. The front brakes failed in the first month suddenly when I was in traffic and almost resulted in me getting hit by a truck, so I called the company right away. They were polite, apologetic, but didn't seem to know how to handle a customer with a new $1500 with brakes that stopped working out of the ... read more
... just need to share the absolutely deplorable customer service experience I am currently having with Spark Bikes Canada. We bought a bike for our son in NE BC, took delivery, and immediately began to experience serious problems that appear to be associated with a bent frame. We contacted Spark Bikes and have essentially been told that there is nothing they are prepared to do to assist. They directed us to take the bike to a local repair shop, which we did.
