Not very good at communication. Took my kia carnival in for a service and then got a new alternator as recommended by jordan due to that and a few other things as oil warning light was showing it left with the same warning light. Lasted about 80km before the engine had massive issues and caught fire, jordan spent more time covering himself and giving me false hope and agreeing to be the selected repairer which was a major mistake on my behalf should of never trusted jordan. My harmonic balancer wheel fell off the front of my engine in my Ford Falcon $800 and now spark plugs and spark plug leads for $289 and they did a smoke compression test and it's all god but now I need them to check my transmission out I've been told it's a sealed unit so the past 8 year's of owning the vehicle I've never had it checked out the guy's are cool and smart I do recommend them.
I would recommend this auto electrical shop in mt Gambier very helpful and efficient they changed out an alternator at short notice no trouble very pleased with the service and experience not often do you come across a business that goes out of their way including a shuttle to the caravan park and pick up when the job was done and at a more than fair price..well done Guys and thanks again for your help..cheers.
Amazing service with helpful and knowledgeable staff. I drove from Adelaide to mount gambier on a Friday afternoon as I arrived my car developed a misfire first thing Saturday morning I called and these guys got me right in and fixed the issue and had me back on the road with in an hour not only that the mechanic went above and beyond even giving me a part of his own car to quickly rectify the issue and helped me be able to make my appointment at lunch time and make the drive back to Adelaide. Went down to another mechanic shop in mount gambier and was told repairs would cost $5000 phoned up Jordan and he got me straight away and hooked up the reader and found out it was a blown fuse in and out within a few minutes and the car runs like a dream 100% recommend spark for anything mechanically related good job mate
