A big thank you to Jordan and his dad for their exceptional help when we broke down just outside of Mount Gambier on our trip from Melbourne to Perth. We were travelling from Melbourne to South Australia when, unfortunately, we hit a kangaroo along the way. Feeling quite stressed and unsure about the condition of our car, our Airbnb host kindly recommended this place for a check-up. Not very good at communication. Took my kia carnival in for a service and then got a new alternator as recommended by jordan due to that and a few other things as oil warning light was showing it left with the same warning light. Lasted about 80km before the engine had massive issues and caught fire, jordan spent more time covering himself and giving me false hope and agreeing to be the selected repairer which was a major mistake on my behalf should of never trusted jordan. My harmonic balancer wheel fell off the front of my engine in my Ford Falcon $800 and now spark plugs and spark plug leads for $289 and they did a smoke compression test and it's all god but now I need them to check my transmission out I've been told it's a sealed unit so the past 8 year's of owning the vehicle I've never had it checked out the guy's are cool and smart I do recommend them.
