i recently went to spark auto firm for a suspension inspection because my car was making some weird noises. thought they’d be the experts, right? wrong. first off, the service took way longer than they promised. i waited in that dingy waiting room for over two hours with no updates. when they finally got to my car, they just gave me a generic report saying everything was “fine.” but if everything was fine, why was my car still making those noises? when i tried to ask questions, the staff acted like i was bothering them. excu... read more
I can’t believe I wasted my time with Spark auto firm. (I needed an engine replacement, like, ASAP!) Their responsiveness? Non-existent! (I felt like I was in a laggy game, just waiting for a response!) Total letdown! (1 star, cause I can't go lower!) Avoid at all costs!
My car was having alternator issues. Being new to the area I was scrolling mechanic shops around town and getting quote after quote. I typically choose based on the amount of reviews and average rating, but I took a chance. I’m glad I did! They are a mobile service, so not only did I save on the tow, but their pricing was great.
