Just gone on waitlist for August move in for The Spark. Did everything online. Taylor Guenther Leasing Agent was awesome. Within 24 hrs. of turning in all requested documents had a response and put on list for a 2 bedroom apartment. After viewing several apartments in downtown Fishers. The Spark hit all the marks and had good reviews. Excited for August and becoming a resident of The Spark.
We arrived at the front desk and asked the 2 ladies sitting in the chair a quick question about the elevator as we had never been to this building before. One woman looked at the second woman for the answers to our question but never spoke verbally to us. The second lady looked up at us and ignored our question. Both women, completely mute, looked on to us as we stood there in complete silence. After the silence ended, she said that we needed to call a resident in the building to answer the elevator. I have absolutely loved my time here at Spark! The floor plan I am in is so spacious and has lots of storage! The amenities are amazing, especially the coffee bar and the pool. It has an easy access to the nickel plate trail which is perfect during farmers market time, not to mention being close to the library and all the yummy places to eat! My favorite part of the community are the girls in the leasing office, they treat us like family and I have grown so close to them and am grateful for how accommodating and kind they ar... read more
