These people are thieves. I was charged $35 to take off my nails and $65 for gel pedicure. I have never been charged this high for take off and a pedicure. Don’t go to this nail salon. Y’all got me. One and done!
Horrible service. I used to get a mani and pedi with Katie and she leaves mid manicure after doing one nail to do eyebrows for another customer for 10 minutes without explanation or even to ask. Very unprofessional. I have not gone back since.
Katie is absolutely amazing! My feet leave smooth and refreshed every single time. She takes her time and really cares about the quality of her work. The salon is always clean, peaceful, and plays relaxing music that adds to the whole experience. I’ve never had an issue scheduling an appointment—every time I call, the service is kind, professional, and accommodating. From start to finish, I’ve had nothing but great service here. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for consistent, quality care! 💅✨
Called the nail salon to surprise my daughter with manicure and Pedicure for her birthday and spoke to Connie. I stated to her what I want and ask her if I could get a receipt for payment or a confirmation number to pass on to my daughter. She was rude and stated we don’t do that you need to come in and I stated to her I’m out of state that’s why I’m asking for the receipt or confirmation number. I didn’t have a horrible service overall, but towards the end of my service, the nail tech who worked on my nails seemed like she was rushing and unfocused. I had a great time up until that point so I just thought I would ask for someone else to do my nails next time. My nail beds are big, and she missed some of the sides with the polish which I asked her to go back over, and Even with the top coat, which I just let go. This was part of her being distracted.
