I didn’t have a horrible service overall, but towards the end of my service, the nail tech who worked on my nails seemed like she was rushing and unfocused. I had a great time up until that point so I just thought I would ask for someone else to do my nails next time. My nail beds are big, and she missed some of the sides with the polish which I asked her to go back over, and Even with the top coat, which I just let go. This was part of her being distracted. The receptionist is rude. I called and asked for Lilly and the receptionist says “what do you need with her”? I said to get my nails done, what else would I need with her? She proceeded to get smart and then all of a sudden says, “well she’s not doing nails today”. I said no problem. I go somewhere else
This my 4th time going to this place and I told myself after the first time going I wouldn’t be back. After today I definitely will not. I went to get a take off and a basic pedicure with a paraffin wax. Basic manicure is $20, take off with additional services is $10 and the wax treatment was $8. This is the exact wording on their price list. So of course I had questions when my total was $53. Decent but quit going after a couple of scheduling issues and the only personable person in there is Alley who is amazing!!
This was my first time at this nail salon. I went as soon as they opened so in got Immediately. An elderly lady started my pedicure but I believe it was the lady that was at the front desk who came over to finish. Not sure why that happened since she didn't say anything to me. Before that, my pedicure was mediocre at best. No disrespect to the elderly woman. I just want to share how rude the other lady was.
