JONATHAN, good guy took care of everything
Been a customer for 4 years. This ineptitude of the spare box customer service is mind blowingly terrible. I was hung up on, not being rude, just hung up on because the customer service woman was rude. Been a customer paying $450 a month for 4 years. They are terrible. Awful. DO NOT USE SPARE BOX!
Recently moved out. Our unit had a large amount of mouse droppings and mouse activity. We got no response from management. Rates were raised consistently... beware they lock you in low but your rate will steadily increase over time.
Jonathon’s help was greatly appreciated. He helped me with my rent questions and got back to me promptly :)
