I want to start by saying I hardly ever leave reviews, especially negative ones. It has been nothing but a dumpster fire to work with this company. I called to get a storage unit, and I should have known it would be an issue when I couldn't sign the contract they sent me; after three times calling them, it was finally resolved. Furthermore, the unit they had initially assigned me to when I arrived was occupied by another tenant. I called to inform the business, and they assigned me a different unit.
