Not too horrible for a storage place. They dont offer partial payments, and will red lock your unit if youre late (and a lot sooner than many other places) prices are comprable, I haven't seen any pest issues. Storage unit corporations dont have the best rep. But so far, sparebox is one of the more tolerable ones.
Security is fine. Storage units are good. They didn't clear snow much in the winter and shortly after renting the units the price started going up till it doubled.
