First time visiting my new outside camper site I've been assigned. I see a large expansive area for ease of maneuvering my camper into the assigned parking area. A flat, level site for ease of loading and unloading the camper. Last, but not least, state of the art electronics for gate opening/closing, high security fence with lighting and camera's overlooking the entire area.
