Sherika was very pleasant and very helpful. My account used for debating my storage had been hacked and had to be closed down. I called early in the morning to make a payment under the new account and wanted to be sure it was set up for future payments. I couldn't have asked for a kinder and more efficient person to speak to. She was excellent.
