Very helpful and polite.
The customer service rep was very polite she did her job quite well however, I was alarmed to find that Spirit Box Storage went up on my rent. I wasn't properly notified in advance and this is not how you do business if you properly inform me I would have been able to make better arrangements for payment. They just changed my storage unit as of the first of this month which I just got paid today which is the 4th but it's almost $70 more with taxes this is unacceptable.
