No human on site... only a kiosk to help you rent, pay a bill or deal with an issue. There will be an additional processing fee when signing up for a unit. I wanted to speak with a customer service rep, but their phone service was interrupted. They have a lock machine, which will charge you $15 if you don't have your own. If you're going to buy one of their locks, make sure to have scissors with you to cut it out of the plastic and a flat head screwdriver, so you can set your own combination.
