Very courteous person. She was knowledgeable and accommodating. She handled the matter with professionalism.
The person on the phone siad she sent in email to sign and then to sign it online. Nothing online was able to sign and send back. We have printed off the paperwork and will sign and bring with us, if that will be ok.
